About 11 years ago, my parents hosted the Chisago/Isanti Counties Farmer's Share Lunch in June. And this event featured the inner workings of my parents dairy farm of course, had a dairy foods sampling tent, and ag education tent and the meal which consisted of Cheeseburgers and all the fixings only cost the about 50¢ which was the farmer's share of what they got paid for the production of the food within the meal. It was a great educational event and I believe we hosted closed to 2000 people that day at the farm.
