Ingredients
- 2 cups fat-free milk
- 2 cups lowfat lemon yogurt
- 1/2 cup ice
- 3 tablespoons powdered lemonade mix
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Directions
In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve in tall glasses and garnish with lemon wedge, if desired.
