Ingredients
- 3 cups mostaccioli or penne pasta, cooked, drained
- 1 jar (27 1/2 oz.) light tomato sauce
- 1 package (8 oz.) 2% milk shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups thinly sliced mushrooms
- 2 cups yellow squash, sliced and halved
- 2 cups zucchini, sliced and halved
Directions
In large bowl, mix pasta, sauce, 1 cup of cheese and vegetables. Spoon into 13 x 9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 375° F for 20 to 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
